Files are delivered digitally (unless a hard drive is brought by the client). You’ll receive them 1-2 business days (Monday-Thursday) after your session.

At Pinnacle Studios, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and protect scheduled studio time, the following policies apply:

Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your session(s).

If you cancel within 7 days of making your reservation, you will receive a 100% refund of your deposit.

If you cancel more than 3 business days (Monday - Thursday) prior to your scheduled session, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.

Cancellations made fewer than 3 business days (Monday–Thursday) before your scheduled session are non-refundable.

Business days are defined as Monday through Thursday.

Rescheduling Policy

We’re happy to help you adjust your booking when possible.

Reschedule at no cost when requested at least 48 hours before your session.

Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your session will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.

*If your recording session goes more than 20 minutes over your scheduled booking, you will be charged for an additional hour.
